PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk and its subsidiaries received a Certificate of Participation after completing a COVID-19 risk assessment. This assessment is part of the “Improving COVID-19 Prevention in and Through the Workplace” project organized by the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the Indonesian Occupational Health Doctors Association (IDKI) with the support of the Government of Japan. Implemented within the framework of the ILO’s flagship program Safety + Health for All, the project aims to improve the safety and health of workers worldwide. In line with its mission to be at the forefront of occupational safety and health, the Merdeka Group participated in the project and was awarded a certificate of assessment in August–September 2022.
