Pani’s Contribution to Marisa’s Waste Bank
Since April 21, 2022, the Pani Gold Project has routinely handed over recyclable waste to a waste bank managed by the local government in Marisa, Pohuwato, Sulawesi. In less than a month, 160 kg of waste has been handed over to the waste bank. This is in line with the Merdeka Group’s Environmental Policy and the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry. This program provides many benefits for the environment, including helping nature to decompose waste, adding useful raw materials from waste recycling, and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
