Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in mining and/or drilling industry
- Demonstrated experience in site/operating administration and logistics
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Mature, proactive, resourceful, and hands-on with good initiative.
- Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated administrative ability on remote work sites
Job Descriptions:
- Provide logistics and operational support for all Geoscience projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc.
- Manage drilling consumables on multiple projects across Indonesia on active mining and exploration projects.
- Maintain predetermined stock levels, ensure new stock is ordered, track and balance all consumables distributed in the field.
- Communicate and coordination with drilling contractor site representatives on product levels, distribution schedules and reconciliation of all product usage
- Communicate and coordination with suppliers to reorder stock and ensure timely delivery to all sites
- Willing to be placed in JHO or BTO with regular travel to operating sites
