Account Payable Officer

Job Description

  • Match purchase orders to invoices and enter invoices into system
  • Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all invoices are accounted for and properly posted
  • Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries
  • Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management relative to the AP function in accordance with records retention policies and procedures


  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office Jakarta
  • One year contract employment.

Educational Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Finance relevant discipline from reputable university.
