Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical direction for all engineering works from contract award through to the commissioning phase
- Plan and control permanent material purchases
- Providing all required analysis to ensure the contractor/vendor is the most favorable caption to the Company
- Expediting procurement and logistics to ensure site activities and procurement is monitored to meet and achieve required milestones
- Working closely with the Corporate Contract team to execute a tender process in order to source the most competitive pricing from the qualified Contractor/Vendor including establishing contract documents for the Supply and Services and Subcontractor works
- Assisting the General Manager in generating weekly progress and monthly report in connection with the progress of the operations.
- Review and analyze the project’s monthly cost report which is generated by the Cost Control team
- Review the actual consumption of the monthly petty cash report and ensure each transaction is supported by valid evidence for the approval of the General Manager and Finance Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role
- Business Administration or Business Management, Accounting or Mining/Industrial Engineering graduates with significant experience in long-term planning and financial justifications.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Willing to be placed in Wetar with roster 4 weeks on-site and 2 weeks offsite.
