Job Descriptions:
- Establish/maintain investor relations system and process
- Write research report on the industries, peers and capital market
- Support the development of investor relations plan and key events
- Support corporate events, including but not limited to AGMS/EGMS, corporate announcements/press release, quarterly operating/financial results and investor meetings/conferences
- Internally liaise with corporate planning, corporate finance, corporate secretary and corporate communication
- Build/manage relationships with shareholders, equity research analysts, investors and key capital market players
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor (or above) degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field (in equity research, capital market and/or investor relations) is required for this position
- Strong financial analysis and research skills
- Excellent report writing, excel and power point skills
