Job Descriptions:
- Prepare reports, designs, and drawings.
- Make calculations about pressures, loads, and stresses.
- Consider the strength of construction materials and select appropriately.
- Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction.
- Obtain planning and/or building regulations approval.
- Analyze configurations of the basic components of a structure.
- Liaise with professional staff such as architects and engineers.
- Monitor and inspect all work undertaken by contractors to ensure structural soundness.
- Administer contracts and manage projects.
- Inspect properties to evaluate the conditions and foundations.
- Use computer-aided design technology for simulation purposes.
Requirements:
- Formal Education: Bachelor Degree of Civil & Structure Engineer
- Work Experience: minimum 5-15 years work duration in Mining or Oil & Gas.
- Technical Skill:
- Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree of Engineer (Civil, Structure)
- Proficient computer skill: Ms Office, Autocad CAD, Advance in one of following structure analysis software: Structure: (SAP 2000, ETABS, Tekla, STAAD Pro) Foundation: (SAFE, TEDDS, GEO5, AFES)
- Familiar with national (SNI) and international (AISC, ACI, API, NFPA, ASCE) standards of structure analysis.
- Have an understanding in drawing and design development from preliminary Design criteria.
- Have an understanding in developing greenfield and brownfield design.
- Understand the standard specifications in project.
- Able to do comprehensive reporting calculation.
- English proficiency (TOEFL score min. 500)
- Contract basis.
- Willingness to be placed in all site Merdeka Copper Gold.
- Soft Skill:
- Leadership i.e. able to perform with good communication, teamwork, proactive to raise and close things.
- Commercial awareness with good understanding budgeting, estimating, and project S-Curve performace.
- Excellent mathematical, IT and analytical skills
- Good attention to detail
