Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in mining / Geology / Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 year’s experience in Mining Operations role
- Minimum 8 year’s experience in managerial roles
- Expert in mining principles and processes.
- Expert in mine Design Concepts & Operations
- Awareness of Indonesian Mine operation regulatory requirements
- Certified POP
Key Roles
- To organize and coordinate all tasks related to the engineering activities at Mine Site, such as mine planning, mine rehabilitation activities, and reporting
- Support mining operations with identification / implementation of operational improvement opportunities and priorities, programs, and productivity targets within the mining business;
- Supply of mine planning and engineering training resources to sites as required; and development and implementation of both long term mine plans and new mine planning technology to meet changing requirements and expectations
- Establish and maintain a record of sound safety and environmental performance and management practice at all levels of operation as per Organization standard
- Manage and Coach all subordinates to get maximum performance
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly mine planning and reports
