Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Finance & Accounting Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist, Supervisor or in related roles
- Mature and trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
- Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation
- Experience managing benefits and compensation in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Strong people and project management skills
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, tax (PPH-21), BPJS deductions and payroll best practices
- Advance proficiency in MS Office
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Key Roles
- Evaluating and developing existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures
- Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation
- Communicating with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues
- Developing incentive, employee wellness, and performance management programs
- Managing subordinate HR employees and daily operations related to compensation and benefits activities
- Identifies and recommends updates of payroll software, systems, and procedures
- Preparing budgets, reports, and presentations
