With one of the world’s largest nickel resources, PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM) is rapidly growing, integrated with the downstream-nickel industry to transform into an integrated nickel industry ecosystem. PT SCM is currently searching for experienced and qualified talents for Superintendent Compensation & Benefit positions.

 Location: Jakarta


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Finance & Accounting Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist, Supervisor or in related roles
  • Mature and trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
  • Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
  • Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation
  • Experience managing benefits and compensation in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Strong people and project management skills
  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, tax (PPH-21), BPJS deductions and payroll best practices
  • Advance proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Key Roles

  • Evaluating and developing existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures
  • Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation
  • Communicating with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues
  • Developing incentive, employee wellness, and performance management programs
  • Managing subordinate HR employees and daily operations related to compensation and benefits activities
  • Identifies and recommends updates of payroll software, systems, and procedures
  • Preparing budgets, reports, and presentations
