Job Description:

  • Assisting Corporate Secretary in arranging Corporate Strategy events.
  • Conducting research, analysis, and review on latest regulations in Indonesia.
  • Preparing brief of the latest regulations in Indonesia.
  • Assisting the documents arrangement relevant to Corporate Secretary activity, reports, and projects.
  • Assisting the filing of corporate documentations.
  • Assisting the preparation of Annual Report and Sustainability Report.
  • Maintaining good communication and collaboration within PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk. and other stakeholders.
  • Responsible for carrying out other work activities according to Corporate Secretary needs.


  • Quick learning & strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Fluent in written and conversational English.
  • Willingness to work under pressure.

Educational Requirement:

  • Preferably fresh graduate majoring in Law from reputable university.
