Deputy Project Manager

Merdeka Mining Servis (Gorontalo Site)

Responsibilities:

  1. Directing and managing all work for the project, communicate with and manage stakeholders also defining and managing scope and requirements.
  2. Ensure risk are understood and are being mitigated successfully.
  3. Developing a project management plan and monitor project performance.
  4. Regularly assess progress in relation to plan and implement appropriate control process and managing project management outcomes to determine areas of improvement.
  5. Develop areas of improvement for resource allocation and usage.
  6. Liaise and negotiate with any internal or external party or partner as required.
  7. Analyzing and managing project risk and ensure all issues are being managed in the timeliest manner.
  8. Develop recovery plans when a project is not expected to meet any of its targets or constraints
  9. Managing reports and necessary documents and perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
  10. Manage project documentation

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor Degree from Civil/Mine Engineer
  2. Experience 12 – 15 years in construction area
  3. Having strong leadership
  4. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office
  5. Familiar with CAD software
  6. Familiar with Scheduling an planner software
  7. Holder of POM Certification
