Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that recruitment procedures are implemented in accordance with company regulations.
  2. Monitor and carry out employee recruitment activities.
  3. Conduct the selection process for all employees.
  4. Make a timely Recruitment Report.
  5. Develop talent mapping based on requirement from operation strategic initiative.
  6. Fulfill manpower planning as targeted.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Bachelor (or above) degree in any field.
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in the HR field.
  3. Excellent report writing, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  4. Having experiences in recruiting Chinese employee is an advantage.
