Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure that recruitment procedures are implemented in accordance with company regulations.
- Monitor and carry out employee recruitment activities.
- Conduct the selection process for all employees.
- Make a timely Recruitment Report.
- Develop talent mapping based on requirement from operation strategic initiative.
- Fulfill manpower planning as targeted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor (or above) degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the HR field.
- Excellent report writing, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Having experiences in recruiting Chinese employee is an advantage.
